If a manager queries submitted timesheets, you will always have instant answers.
For compliance purposes, eTimeSaver enables full automation of your disposition and retention policies. After content has been retained for the appropriate amount of time, disposition rules can automatically remove old data based on the conditions you specify.
Archive and retrieve for total accountability
A copy of the extracted data is used to form an index database for the optional eStore – a browser-based electronic document storage and retrieval system.
This allows you to perform searches using definable criteria, across every paper timesheet you have converted into an image. You can narrow down your search query to ensure precise results or leave the search broad to return many records.
The eStore image archive can also be integrated with other applications so that the timesheet images can be retrieved seamlessly from within your existing applications, perhaps via links from your CRM or for appending timesheet images to outgoing invoices.
